Mita Eats is a new online service to order food at home from the best restaurants in Punta Mita and its surroundings, this is a service for residents and visitors in the exclusive area of Punta Mita Nayarit. The platform operates via web and through the mobile application available for Android and iOS.

Currently, we only deliver in Punta de Mita, Bolongo, Susurros, Litibu, Conrad, Higuera Blanca.

We partner with the best local restaurants, from iconic spots to hidden spots. Our wide selection of restaurants allows you to choose from many types of cuisine. Best of all, we are always adding new ones, stay tuned for your new favorite restaurant coming soon!

We offer a personalized service from start to finish, including a local account manager to help you meet your needs, provide you with real-time support and professional drivers to ensure your order is accurate and delivered on time.

  1. Open the Mita Eats app or Website www.mitaeats.com
  2. Select your favorite restaurant from the list or search for a specific dish.
  3. Select dishes offered by the restaurant, you can add as many dishes from the same restaurant as you would like.
  4. Add your address or select “pick up” at the restaurant, and select the payment method. Once you place the order, you will be kept up to date in real time with your order status via the platform, or when your order is ready for pick up.

We accept cash on delivery (pay the driver at your door when you receive your order) and payments online via credit/debit card (select online payment; after placing your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment page, where you can follow the instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be transmitted to the restaurant).

Yes, but each restaurant order must be paid for separately under separate order numbers. Delivery charges will be applied to each order.

The ID number of the order is in the section “my orders”, where you will be able to follow your status in real time. If your order was for pick-up at the location, you will be able to provide this order ID to the restaurant for delivery.

You will receive a notification from Mita Eats when your order is ready via (email? Text message? Status change online?).

The administrator of Mita eats will contact you to discuss the reason for the order cancellation and troubleshoot any issues to ensure you are able to enjoy the Mita Eats delivery service.
